Our annual awards program salutes employees who embody the company's commitment to quality.  Employees can be nominated by a resident, board member, vendor, or fellow employee.  And it's extraordinary performance that's noted -- employees who contribute fresh ideas; give extra attention to a resident in need; or take time to coach another team member.
