How do you celebrate exceptional employee performance? At ABHOW, we form a circle -- the Circle of Excellence.

Our annual awards program salutes employees who embody the company's commitment to quality. Employees can be nominated by a resident, board member, or fellow employee. And it's extraordinary performance that's noted -- employees who contribute fresh ideas; give extra attention to a resident in need; or take time to coach another team member.

"While each employee is special and gets recognized frequently for their unique contributions, those nominated into the Circle of Excellence go above and beyond what is expected consistently on a day-to-day basis," says Leslie Warren, vice president for employee development. "These finalists set an example for us all on what stellar performance is all about!"
