Mr. Hector Gonzalez is currently a member of the ABHOW Board of Directors and The Terraces of Phoenix Board of Directors. Mr. Gonzalez is active in numerous American Baptist national and regional organizations, is serving a second 3-year term of volunteer service as a counselor for mission support in Hispanic churches, and is a consultant to American Baptist World Mission Support.

Presently, he serves as the National-International Representative of the Christian Community Credit Union. He previously served as President and Vice President of American Baptist Churches, USA. He has been a member of the ABC General Board and the Board of International Ministries, and has served as President of the American Baptist Churches Hispanic National Caucus.

Mr. Gonzalez holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California. He is retired from Pacific Gas & Electric Company.  (Board Member since 2001 - Liaison for Pilgrim Haven in Los Altos and Casa de Redwood in Redwood City.)
