Dr. Joel P. Martin is a motivational speaker, author, and President of Triad West Inc. She is considered one of the nation’s leading experts on workplace diversity and personal and organizational power. She has worked for many years with world class organizations designing and implementing consulting and training programs that develop leadership, produce breakthrough results, align workforces, and create inclusive high performing teams; thousands of groups across the U.S. and internationally have been trained and counseled by her.

Dr. Martin is a member of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and the Business Women’s Network. She has served on the Arizona Drug and Gang Policy Council, the Board of the American Red Cross Grand Canyon Chapter, Chairperson Emeritus of The National Association of Market Developers, past Board Member Consortium for Learning and Research in Aging (CLARIA) and past Delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business. Dr. Martin was recently honored to have been selected an External Delegate to the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) Board of Directors.

She received her Bachelors in Visual Communications, Masters in Psychology, Doctorate in Communications, and credentials as a Wharton Business School Fellow.  (Board Member since 2006 – Liaison for The Terraces of Phoenix.)
