Randall Stamper, J.D.

Mr. Randall Stamper, J.D., is currently chair of the ABHOW Board of Directors and serves as ex-officio to all ABHOW Board Committees. He is also chair of the Cornerstone Board of Directors and has also served as chair of the Judson Park Board of Directors.

Mr. Stamper brings unique expertise to the ABHOW board, providing counsel on CCRC financing and planning. As a senior partner with Stamper Rubens, P.S., a law firm in Spokane, Washington, his practice is 90 percent healthcare related.

Mr. Stamper is a member of the Spokane County, Washington State, Idaho State and American Bar Associations. He serves on the Board of the Inland Northwest Council, Boy Scouts of America. He is a former Board Member of St. George’s School, a private K-12 school in Spokane and a former Board Member of the Shrine Hospital in Spokane. He is also active in numerous community service organizations in his area. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Idaho and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Notre Dame. (Member since 1998)
