Mr. Randall Stamper, J.D., is currently chair of the ABHOW Board of Directors and serves as ex-officio to all ABHOW Board Committees. He is also Chair of the Cornerstone Board of Directors and has also served as chair of the Judson Park Board of Directors.

Mr. Stamper brings unique expertise to the ABHOW board, providing counsel on CCRC financing and planning. As a senior partner with Stamper, Rubens, Stocker, & Smith, a law firm in Spokane, his practice is 90 percent healthcare related. Mr. Stamper is a member of the Spokane County, Washington State, Idaho State and American Bar Associations. He is on the Board of Directors for St. George’s School, a private K-12 school in Spokane, Washington. He is also active in numerous community service organizations in his area.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Idaho and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Notre Dame. (Board Member since 1998 - Liaison for Judson Park in Des Moines, Harbor View Manor in Tacoma, and Pacific Meadows in Carmel.)
