Good Shepherd Senior Housing is in the pre-development stages of planning.  It is anticipated that this project will add 40 affordable housing units to ABHOW's inventory.  These 40 units would be for low to very-low income persons age 62 years and older.  Good Shepherd is being co-sponsored and co-developed with Beacon Development Group in Washington.
