ABHOW is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Kelly Ridge. Kelly Ridge offers 30 delightfully appointed one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments for low income seniors in pristine South Lake Tahoe. It features a well-stocked library, computer lab with free wireless internet access, an exercise room, a community room with fireplace, and a bistro!
Kelly Ridge’s design evokes the cozy lodge-like ambience of its tranquil surroundings. Generations of seniors shall look forward to calling such a beautiful place home.
Kelly Ridge was made possible (in alphabetical order) by Bank of the West, California Department of Housing and Community Development, California Housing Finance Agency, City of South Lake Tahoe, El Dorado County Public Housing Authority, Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, Merritt Community Capital Corporation, South Tahoe Redevelopment Agency, and The Tahoe Area Coordinating Council for the Disabled.
Kelly Ridge is a 10 minute drive from ABHOW’s Tahoe Senior Plaza. It is the second affordable housing community developed and managed by ABHOW in South Lake Tahoe.
