Shepherd's Garden, ABHOW's newest community, became operational in the spring of 2010.  The community provides 39 apartments for very-low income seniors in Lynnwood, WA.  Community features include a large multi-purpose community room, a well-stocked library, a computer lab, cozy foyer with fireplace, and a beautiful outdoor garden.

Shepherd's Garden was been made possible through funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Good Shepherd Baptist Church, Snohomish County and the Washington Housing Trust Fund.  The community was developed by Beacon Development Group with Environmental Works and Walsh Construction Co.
