Jeff Glaze President, ABHOW Foundation; Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Manager

As senior vice president and chief operations manager for ABHOW, Jeff Glaze is responsible for the operations of 12 continuing care retirement communities. He also serves are president of ABHOW Foundation, the corporation's philanthropic arm, which raises which raises funds to provide assistance to the communities owned and operated by ABHOW and other charitable organizations.

Glaze joined ABHOW in 1998 as vice president of financial operations and led a reorganization of ABHOW’s finance department, putting the organization on a sound financial footing.   

Prior to joining ABHOW, Glaze was controller for Children’s Hospital in Oakland. Previously, he led business planning for the Department of Health for the British dependency Guernsey, was associate administrator of finance of Oakland-based Summit Medical Center and associate executive director of finance for two different hospitals run by Humana, Inc. of Louisville, Kentucky.

Glaze brings to this work more than 27 years of leadership in senior living and healthcare financial management and business plannings. He earned his MBA from California State East Bay and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Idaho.
