As senior vice president and general counsel for ABHOW, Mr. Grant is responsible for acquisitions, mergers and alliances, all legal matters, risk management and corporate compliance.
Mr. Grant has more than 20 years experience providing legal counsel to senior housing and health care providers. Prior to joining ABHOW in 1997, he was senior vice president and general counsel of Regency Health Services for two years. Previously he served as vice president and senior corporate counsel of Walker Methodist, Inc. and director of acquisitions for Beverly Enterprises. Mr. Grant started his career in private practice in Minneapolis, primarily representing health care providers. He received his bachelor’s in political science from Northwestern University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law.
